Connected weighing indicator
Live scale weight is received from the connected weighing hardware and used for Gross/Tare capture in the normal weighing workflow. Exact communication setup depends on the indicator and site hardware.
HARDWARE + SOFTWARE
The software should connect to the weighbridge workflow — not sit beside it.
Indicator weight is the core connection. Printing and records follow the transaction. Standard adds supported camera, email and WhatsApp workflows where the site needs more context or communication.
Ticket & printer workflows
Generate weighment tickets for the supplied A4, half-A4, dot-matrix and thermal formats. Printer configuration is handled within the supported software setup.
Supported camera integration
Configured camera views can provide vehicle snapshots around the weighment and appear in supported camera ticket layouts. This is visual context, not an AI fraud-detection claim.
Backup workflows
Use supported backup options to reduce reliance on one local working copy. The product does not imply that every installation is a real-time cloud-synced system.
Email ticket automation
Where configured, Standard can send generated ticket output through email so the record can move beyond the weighbridge cabin.
WhatsApp ticket automation support
Standard supports the software-side WhatsApp integration. The compatible API/service, subscription, setup, messaging and provider charges are a separate purchase and are not included in the DivyaScale WB license.

Add visual context without making fake automation claims.
The supplied software includes camera settings for supported installations. Camera images can add visual context to the transaction and to camera-enabled ticket layouts.
Important: Camera integration does not automatically mean ANPR, AI fraud detection, tamper-proof weighing or automated enforcement.

Send the ticket beyond the weighbridge cabin.
Email and WhatsApp workflows use the stored transaction and generated output. WhatsApp requires a separately arranged compatible service; the software license does not include provider charges.

BACKUP
Your records should not depend on one screen.
The software includes supported backup workflows. Configure the backup method appropriate to the installation instead of assuming a cloud or live-sync architecture that may not exist at that site.
