Does the operator manually type the weighbridge weight?+
In the normal weighing workflow, the live scale weight comes from the connected weighing indicator/system. Vehicle, party, material and other business information can still be selected or entered as transaction information.
How are Gross, Tare and Net handled?+
Gross and Tare are captured from the connected live weighing workflow during first and second weighment. Net is calculated automatically from Gross minus Tare.
Can old weighments be searched?+
Yes. DivyaScale WB includes stored weighment records with search and filtering workflows.
Which Windows versions are supported?+
DivyaScale WB is presented for Windows 10 and Windows 11 industrial PCs.
Is camera integration included?+
Camera integration is included in the Standard plan. Basic does not include camera integration.
Is WhatsApp included in the software license?+
Standard supports WhatsApp ticket automation, but a compatible WhatsApp API/service must be arranged separately. Provider subscription, setup and messaging charges are not included in the software license.
What happens after payment?+
After Razorpay confirms payment, the customer account becomes active and the protected Windows installer is made available through the verified purchase flow.
Can I move the license to another PC?+
The linked device can be reset from the customer account or by the license administrator, then the same account can register another PC.
